Robyn Rihanna, better known as Rihanna in Barbados, is a Barbadian performer and musician who has provided us with hit songs like Pon de Replay Umbrella SOS and Take a Bow. She is still in her prime. Rihanna has emerged as one of the most well-known music performers. Her parents hail originally from Barbados She began singing at a young age. Because of the turmoil in her household and the arguments that her parents had with each other, she turned to music. Then she realized that she wanted to pursue a career as a performer. While in high school she formed an ensemble and was a part of the auditions at the auditions for Evan Rodgers. Evan Rodgers was impressed at her abilities. He requested for the teenager to move in New York and pursue a singing career full-time. Rihanna happily accepted. The album she released her debut album soon out and Rihanna became a hit with the public in no time. The young crowd was captivated by her songs with a catchy sound which had them on their feet, and this brought her into the movie industry. The young and gifted Rihanna has been viewed as both a teen-idol as well as a fashion icon. Rihanna is also involved with charities and makes use of her celebrity status to benefit charities.
